Terms of Service and Understanding

ProStar from ProStar.com is a Insurance Management System built wholly for the Internet and allows users from most any device to access your book.

ProStar requires no contracts and this allows users to pay as they go. The user can stop using service at any time for any reason. With this in mind, ProStar allows the user to export their data in a standard delimited format file at anytime to protect your business information as we do not want any responsibility of locking the user into our services.

We are here to grow your business and our growth is based on the simple model of user satisfaction so that this benefits the two parties equally.

We are a service, not a hosting service. Producers can link their web sites to our self-service pages only, with no effort to hide our ProStar brand, expect for agencies logo if desired as standard.

If a bug is discovered, it will be fixed immediately if it's under our care, custody and control. No changes will be made by user request unless changes are mutually agreed and any fees are paid upfront.

Email support only, unless your system is down (very rare) and then text message is standard notification 24/7. Phone calls are for emergency only.

ProStar was designed to be intuitive, meaning nothing is hidden and should be reasonable easy to learn and operate. If any area is gray, then ask and we will explain.

Email questions on "How to do this or that" with maximum of 3 questions per email.

Any data conversion from carriers or other systems is a separate fee and is based on a case by case basis. ProStar also has built-in insurance standard forms and use AL3/XML standards to import/export features.

If these terms are acceptable, then welcome and we look forward to helping you grow your book of business.

To begin, no payment required. You will be billed at the end on each months use @ $50.00 per user, payable to Ratenow.com. sent to P.O. Box 486, Port Orford OR 97465.
